Shipping & Delivery Policy

Skillumen is a digital, software-only service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

1. Digital delivery

• Access to Skillumen is delivered electronically through your online account — there is no physical shipment, courier, or delivery address involved.
• When you sign up for the free Foundations plan, access is granted immediately after you create your account.
• When you subscribe to a paid plan (Applied or Advanced), the additional features are unlocked on your account immediately after your payment is confirmed.

2. Where it's available

Because delivery is digital, Skillumen is available worldwide wherever you have an internet connection and a supported browser. No shipping charges apply.

3. If you can't access your subscription

If your payment succeeded but your access didn't unlock, please:

• refresh and sign in again with the same email you used at checkout;
• if it's still not active, email support@skillumen.com with your transaction reference — we'll restore access promptly, typically within 1 business day.
